Welcome to Create with Kirst. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Handmade & Made-to-Order

All of our items are handmade to order with care in Somerset West, Western Cape.
Please allow approximately 10–15 working days for your order to be made before dispatch. Each piece is crafted individually, so small variations in pattern placement or detail are part of the handmade charm.

2. Payment

We currently accept PayPal and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Payment must be made in full before your order will be processed.
If you choose EFT, please email your proof of payment to the address provided at checkout so we can confirm and begin your order.

3. Shipping

All parcels are sent via The Courier Guy from Somerset West.
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive tracking details.
Shipping typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

We currently ship within South Africa only. Please ensure your delivery details are correct — Create with Kirst cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect information.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds.
We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that time, production will have begun and cancellations are not possible.

6. Product Care

Each garment is made from quality fabrics such as Liberty cotton and other fine materials. Please follow the care instructions provided to keep your handmade piece looking its best.
