Shipping

All of our pieces are handmade to order in Somerset West, Western Cape.
Please allow 10–15 working days for your order to be made, plus 2–4 working days for delivery.

We use The Courier Guy for all South African deliveries. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch before purchasing — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds.
We’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided your item is:

• unworn and unwashed

• in its original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
